Modern medicine has advanced in technology, but not in understanding. It learned to manage diseases — but forgot how to build health. Today, most care begins when something goes wrong. Patients are diagnosed, categorized, and treated as a collection of symptoms. Each system is addressed separately, even though the human body does not work that way.
It’s time for a healthcare rEvolution.
At Hierarchy Medicine, we see health through a different lens.
We believe the human body heals itself when given the right foundation and support.
Our work is to restore that foundation so the body can do what it was designed to do.
Health is not the absence of pain or disease — it is the presence of healing potential, structural integrity, adaptability, and optimal function.

Every organ, hormone, and nerve operates within a hierarchy.
When the higher systems lose coordination, the rest follow.
That is why we focus on rebuilding physiology from the top down — starting with the foundational systems that regulate everything else:
the nervous system, endocrine network, gut-brain-microbiome axis, detox pathways, and cellular energy production — because these govern how the entire body functions.

Our goal is not just to restore foundational balance — it is to guide people toward Optimal Health, where the body performs with clarity, energy, and resilience.
When the body’s foundation is stable, health stops being something to protect — it becomes something you can build.
This is the purpose of our work: to help people not only move away from disease, but move toward strength, function, potential — and the state we call Optimal.
We believe the future of healthcare begins with education.
When people understand how their body works, they can take part in their own recovery and growth.

Optimal Health is more than longevity.
It is about how well you live, not just how long you live.
It is the ability to think clearly, move freely, and recover fully.
It is physical vitality, emotional stability, and mental clarity working together in rhythm.
It is the difference between maintaining life and truly experiencing it.

Dr. Hsiang believes that faith plays an essential role in becoming who we are meant to be—but that faith must be paired with action.
Through his own health journey, Dr. Hsiang experienced firsthand how restoring a strong physiological foundation can transform not only how the body feels, but also one’s capacity to take action and grow. This personal experience shaped his conviction that sustainable progress—whether in health or in life—requires stability at the foundation.
In his clinical work, Dr. Hsiang prioritizes meeting patients where they are, honoring both their symptoms and how they are experiencing their condition. Within structural care, he focuses on providing effective symptom relief while also supporting the underlying function of the body’s systems. This approach allows patients to feel better efficiently while building resilience at a deeper level—creating the capacity not just for recovery, but for continued growth toward optimal health.
